A LITTLE ABOUT US
Award winning sourdough pizza, hand stretched & cooked in a traditional wood fired oven, topped with the finest San Marzano tomatoes, fresh fior di latte mozzarella & some not so traditional toppings.
Here, we believe that food is not just about the locally sourced ingredients or the hard-working family businesses that supply but also about the love & passion that we put into our dishes.
From the burger buns to the hot honey, and everything in between. We make everything we can in house, testing flavours over & over again until we are happy with the result.
Dough & Brew was founded & designed back in 2016 by John, who wanted to create a great place where friends & family could meet, eat awesome food & drink great beer.
At the start of 2023, John hung up his apron & handed over his keys to Katie & Tobias.
The original foundations still remain here @ Dough & Brew and we promise to always provide a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff & of course, top-notch grub.
